I perform non-invasive visual examinations of accessible areas of residential properties to provide home buyers and realtors with a comprehensive report identifying systems and material defects. I take great care in my inspections and use high-end inspection tools and software to provide a comprehensive home inspection report.
For more than a decade, I’ve been employed by a Utah-based homebuilding and remodeling company. I’ve established loyal customer relationships by managing homeowners’ expectations for short- and long-term project completion from blue-print interpretation to final inspection.
